This customised guarding equipment is designed to minimise injuries to personnel and prevent damage to conveying equipment on industrial sites. This guarding system is widely used and is a requirement under the relevant standard (AS1755 conveyors-safety requirements). ConvaTech, by way of its maintenance regime, identifies shortfalls on customer sites and initiates responses through improvement proposals and reports.

Guarding is engineered and manufactured to high quality standards and is professionally installed to ensure the finished product fully complies with the relevant Australia Standards. All guarding is removable using ConvaTech's toggle mounting system to provide maintenance access.
