ConvaTech is a company developed to respond to the needs of the conveyor belt and materials handling industry nationally.

It is the policy of ConvaTech to endeavour always to provide to its customers a readily available supply of only those products and services that meet their requirements. Customer satisfaction is essential to the continued success of ConvaTech Pty Ltd and is therefore a primary objective necessitating the proper planning and control of the Company's management and operating practices.

In order to achieve this objective ConvaTech is committed to the implementation and maintenance of a Quality System in accordance with the International Quality Management System Standard ISO 9001. Certified sites are located at Warabrook, Muswellbrook and Sandgate in NSW.

The Quality System and processes developed at these sites is intergrated throughout the operating practices of all other ConvaTech operations in NSW, Queensland, Western Australia, and related project activities.

The Quality System is described in the Company's Quality Manual and supporting procedures. Whilst the final responsibility for the Company's operations rests with the General Manager, the Company relies on  the involvement of each employee taking responsibility for the quality of their work.

As a consequence of their individual responsibility for quality, all employees are required to participate in, and contribute to, activities directed at continual quality improvement.

Through the maintenance of its standards of quality, ConvaTech will continue to meet customer and stakeholder expectations for quality and service, and will continue to improve its competitive position.
